I think these are cute. They are for my 1 y/o niece, so the fact that the quality is kind of a miss isn’t that big of a deal. She’s pleased as long as I have something to give her, & she really likes finger puppets. I really liked the price. Just saw the word velvet in the description, umm no, definitely no velvet used. Would I give these as a gift for an older child, or a child not in the family? No. But I have no problem giving these as little happies to my niece.

Not all the animals pictured were included in my shipment. The seller sent the number of puppets advertised; however, there were duplicates of some animals and some animals were not there at all. I selected this collection based on the product description and picture because it had a leopard, and the leopard happens to be one of the animals not in my set. Do not order if you are looking for specific animals or if you want a variety with every character different as pictured.The OCTapus has seven legs (not eight). I guess that makes it a Septapus ?.The sea creatures are built a little differently as the swim perpendicular to the finger and they have their whole body where as the people and the animals have half bodies and are all upright.There is one yellow puppet with some gold things sticking out and tiny white wings maybe. Not sure what creature it is supposed to be, many a bumble bee??Other than these quirks, this is a great little set, the quality is very good. They are super cute, sewn well, they have a lot of detail for such tiny puppets.My favorite from this set are the people (I think it would be lovely for them to produce sets of various nationalities and mixed nationalities).The dog, is just the cutest little puppet!I think this is an amazing set for the price.
