Don’t get this for the bleating sound. It is more like a blow horn, not even close to a baaaa. We use it to make the sheep fart. The sheep itself is high quality and face expression is very cute as seen in photo. They may have done a product makeover, my sheep ordered on 11/2017 had no Oder and did not shed. Every time I bring out Samual the sheep to help read stories he is quickly swept away by my 7 year old for cuddle time. I really like the mouth, it is firm and really easy to manipulate unlike the camel I also got.

I’m using this sheep in a puppet skit at church. The teenage boy using it is tall and slender so he has slender hands. It’s a tight fit but he can get his hand in the puppet and work the mouth. The puppet is soft and looks great. All the puppet kids get a kick out of the squeezy thing that’s supposed to make a baa sound. The general consensus is that it sounds more like a pig. But we all like our little sheep that sounds like a pig. ?

Iβm pleased with this purchase for my school library. My students love it. My only concern is the sound it makes. It really does not sound like a sweet lamb!

Absolutely LOVE these puppets from this company. They never disappoint! My granddaughter loves them too. At 3 1/2 she says “grandma put this puppet on” and then she puts one on and we have a great little conversation! Often times more verbal than just “visiting” between us. She loves all the characters that I’ve purchased so far. …and so do I. I once had dozens of large ones, a bear and a wolf and several others, but gave them to a friend and colleague who used them for summer vacation Bible school with children from a very poor community and taught respect and care and emotions appropriate to situations with them. These puppets are a marvelous teaching tool and just fun!

Cute puppet, definitely made for a child sized hand, not an adult, it sound like a βhonking gooseβ, it does not sound like a βbaaaaaβ of a sheep.
