The fox is cute, my son loves foxes so he loved playing with it for the two days it worked until the batteries died. It was NOT on constantly or anything, I gave my daughter a used one that they leave on constantly and that thing is still going strong. Just faulty batteries received with this and they are the annoying small ones and costs half the price of the toy to buy so I’m still trying to suck up spending more on the stupid batteries.

It’s cute. I got it because I love foxes and collect fox things. I don’t think it’s worth the money though. I can picture a kid getting bored with this quickly. Also, the instructions are a little vague on how to get a certain response from the toy.

My kids got the fox and elephant fingerlings as Christmas presents. The fox is cute but it has been super hard (even for adults) to activate the “talk back” feature. We’ve tried turning it off and on and we’ve been only able to “make it talk” 2 or 3 times. The elephant is great with this feature though; the fox is the one with the issue.
