We ordered this under the idea they are farm animals, the pictures show 5 different animals. We got two identical bears–same coloring, exactly the same. We got a third bear (identical to the first) with different colors, then we got two other animals. We did not want 3 bears and two other animals. We wanted five different animals. Quality control in packaging department could have fixed this. I also have to say (though I like bears) that bears are not farm animals.You can spin the roulette wheel of “see what you get”, conceptualize that two bears are twins, roaming the country looking for a place to live so they pick a farm–they run into their third older brother bear and join two farm animals. Yeah Yeah let’s do that. OR you can try to return your puppets. Sad this was ordered for Christmas and was faulty in the packaging ( a plastic ziplock bag thing). It’s not too hard to have 5 animals on a table, glance at them to see they are all different species and coloring and pack it.Oh—and how can you contact the seller? There’s no clear email address or support section on the Amazon website or the seller store site? Some burrowing has me contacting Amazon and a distributer–30 minutes of time certainly makes the price go up in my mind.

Got as part of a gift and was a little disappointed. I guess You get what you pay for but I was also disappointed because we got 2 bears and no sheep 🙁
