   This was an excellent gift for my planet-obsessed son’s 3rd birthday. Most space-themed toys are clearly only designed for older children, but the simplicity of this design makes it work well for all ages.The planet body has a soft plush outer layer, but the filling is dense and a little heavier than you would expect for a stuffed animal (but definitely not too heavy for any child). This gives it a feeling of sturdiness and substance, which is great for children with sensory challenges. The hands and feet are softer and more squishy. Saturn’s rings are sewn on well and the thread has yet to come undone after weeks of hard play. The rings are soft and similar to a hat brim, so they can be fold downward over the eyes or upward if the child wants.It’s really the details of this that make it fun. My son loves to “read” the word “Saturn” on the right foot, and the fabric on the planet mimics the stripes and whorls of Saturn. Overall, the product is high-quality, of sturdy construction and thoughtful design. We love it!

   This cute plush planet was perfect for our little astronaut. This Saturn plush is his best friend. He loves him and has taken him to show-n-tell and plays with him all the time. After 6 months of ‘love’ though, the plush is showing signs of wear. There is some type of clear covering over the silver ring that has started peeling off in flakes. Our son is 6 yrs old so there is not a risk of ingestion but if your kid is still chewing on things, this might not be a good option. Our son also carries the plush around by the leg so it developed a hole in the bottom seam between the two legs which we sewed back together. Overall, our son loves this plush but it is probably not meant for long term ‘loving’.

   I bought this for my 11-year-old son who already had the Pluto and Charon celestial buddies. I was surprised that it was much bigger than them (I guess for accuracy of the sizes of the planets.) He loves it and even sleeps with it. Definitely recommend for space fans.

   These Celestial Buddies are super cute and durable! Four of my younger brothers (ages 7-10) got these for Christmas. These little buddies get cuddled, squeezed, flipped around in the air and thrown down the stairs!They’re also very educational. My brothers have started wanting to learn more about the planets and outer space thanks to these new cuddly toys. We’ve also learned a lot about other people’s interest in outer space as the boys get comments on them wherever they go!I highly recommend these!

   Saturn came to me on time, and both nice and soft and also firm enough to be squeezed and cuddled with. He is a great stuffed pal, and the tag with all the information on the planet Saturn is a fun little touch to him. Anybody who loves the solar system, kids of all ages, and loves stuffed animals, will absolutely adore Saturn! I know I do! 😀

   My grandson loves the stars and when he saw these planet buddies he went nuts over them. Little pricey but this gramma will spoil for learning about the solar system.
